Return & exchange conditions

To qualify for a voluntary return or exchange, products must be unused, in perfect condition, and retain their original packaging and presentation.

These conditions apply to our voluntary returns and exchanges policy. They do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or statutory warranties that may apply.

Product warranty

We stand behind the quality of the products we sell.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or experience a manufacturing issue, please contact us so we can review your case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Claims involving defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately from our voluntary returns policy.

International returns & exchanges

We welcome customers from around the world. However, international returns can involve significant shipping, customs, and import costs.

For voluntary returns and exchanges from outside Argentina, customers are responsible for the applicable return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, and other charges associated with the return shipment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please contact us before shipping any item back. International returns must be coordinated in advance so we can confirm the appropriate shipping procedure and help avoid unnecessary customs complications.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

If a return involves a defective or incorrectly supplied product, we will review the appropriate solution and any applicable shipping responsibilities in accordance with the law.

Online purchase cancellation rights

Customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights under the consumer protection laws applicable to their purchase.

For purchases governed by Argentine consumer law, the statutory withdrawal period is 10 calendar days from receipt of the product , with no penalty and with return costs borne by Budetex as required by law.

These statutory rights operate independently of our voluntary returns and exchanges policy.

1. Your order number or proof of purchase.
2. The product you would like to return or exchange.
3. The reason for your request.
4. Photographs of the product, when needed to assess its condition.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions before you send any products back.

Return shipping costs

For voluntary returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the agreed return shipping costs and any applicable customs or handling charges, unless otherwise required by law.

Where a return arises from a defective product, an error attributable to Budetex, or the exercise of a statutory withdrawal right, shipping costs and responsibilities will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
